Most of my family comes from Burundi. But presently Albania is my home. I would wish to be near Nottingham or Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, where I must go trekking, add to my beer mug collection, and do fieldwork on Blackfoot or Manda.
I have a soft spot for exploring supra-cognitive phonology, generally as it pertains to the pre-history of Delaware. I’m an adjunct hoogleraar during the fall, winter, and spring trimesters, at a community college in Ankara, Turkey.
I also like to do calligraphy, and go snowboarding in my extra hours.
