Married Comparative Syntactician Seeks Philologist As A Grant-Writing Co-Author

What’s up you guys? I’m Ted Rowe.

This’s a photo of me teaching a lecture.

I have had many hobbies and amusements throughout my life, though they seem to change with time. Now I like to go antiquing, add to my stamp collection, and add to my teddy bear collection.

All of my life I have worked and lived in Bangladesh, and I have a passion for it. I would, without a doubt, rather be taking time off in and around Washington, DC or Fredericton, Canada, where my friends and I must go climbing, learn foreign languages, like the wonderful language Galician, and play dominoes, as well as go rock climbing.

My most awe-inspiring fieldwork has been in psycho-semantics and corpus phonology, largely in pidgins of Sundanese and Domaaki. I’m a fondly valued lecturer at a junior, low-ranking vocational school in Dili, Timor-Leste.

Bis dann!

—Ted
