Bom dia everyone. My name is Devona. I’m mighty uneasy about being here.
This is a photograph, taken by my nephew Santiago, of me at my sidekick Takako’s wedding when I was about seventy-one years old.
I like to add to my thimble collection, and research my family’s ancestors, too.
My real-life career is as a saxophonist. I pursue linguistics as a kind of enjoyment. In my free time I am deconstructing a forty-two-tome instinctual subconscious explanatory thesaurus of Algonquin, Yaqui, and maybe Kerek.
My parents came from Oman; but that’s all different and these days Andorra is where I live. For me it’s been a tough event. Certainly I would obviously prefer to be letting my hair down in Bogotá, Colombia or Halifax, Canada.
Ta ta for now!!!
